About the Role
As a Finance & Operations Manager, you will support the company’s international operations and ensure smooth daily execution across logistics, finance, and HR. You will take ownership of essential operational processes and enable the team to focus on high-impact work. You will focus on:
Maintaining and updating cashflow, preparing payments, and tracking expenses
Supporting HR processes such as employee records, global hiring, leave schedules, and compliance
Setting up and maintaining offices and coworking spaces across countries
Managing contractor payments, invoices, and basic vendor relations
Organizing team travel, conferences, visas, accommodation, and related logistics
Running onboarding and offboarding: access, equipment, documentation, coordination
You will work with top talent, have significant freedom in how you operate, and gain exceptional opportunities for growth.
You might thrive in this role if you have
2–4+ years in Operations, Finance Ops, Admin, or HR Ops
Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
Confident working with payments, documents, spreadsheets
Comfortable operating internationally
