Whether we configure your ShopSite back office, or you do, yourself, these are the informational items you'll need to itemize, as inputs to ShopSite's Back Office.
If you're doing this work yourself, you can print this page, fill in the blanks, and you'll have gathered all the information that ShopSite requires, to configure your storefront's policies, appearance, products, and pages.
If Secure Solutions Inc. is configuring your storefront, you may fill out this form, and submit it electronically to us, at shopsite_configuration_data_delivery@42.com, using the Submit button at the bottom of this page.
Fill out the form below once, indicating your individual online storefront's information. If you want to add something to a previous submission, feel free to fill out just the areas for the information you need to change.
Page and Shopping Basket Configuration
All remaining ShopSite configuration items (except for ShopSite PRO - there are additional PRO configuration items at the bottom) pertain to configuring options for your Pages and Shopping Basket.
Type the filename or the URL of the image to be used as the background for your pages, if any (Note: you may just wish to select a background color, and no background image).
Then Submit your information now. ShopSite Manager doesn't contain the features below, so no need to fill in that part unless you're using ShopSite PRO.

Use either of the formats shown on the first and second lines, and use as many of these type of lines as you wish, to describe your store's discount policies. The discount will be taken off the product subtotal before tax and shipping is figured into the price.
You can add surcharges to orders based on the location of the buyer, and also based on either a surcharge per order, or per number of products. See the ShopSite PRO Surcharge help page for more details.
Smart Tags is a ShopSite PRO feature which enables you to use ShopSite defined
HTML tags and embed them into your own custom HTML pages. This allows complete freedom over the
design and presentation of your web pages, yet still allows you to keep your product information up-to-date
using your ShopSite databases. See the ShopSite PRO Smart Tags help page for more details.
I'd like to discuss Smart Tags further; I think I may need them.
Use the Associates feature to encourage other sites to send shoppers to your site. With Associates you can pay
the referring site (associate) for sending a shopper that makes a purchase to your site. See the ShopSite PRO Associates help page for more details.
I'd like to discuss the Associates Program further; I think I could really use it.
