Technical Settings:

The only setting here that you are likely to want to change is the email addresses. Here you can specify the return address that appears on automatically generated receipts sent to customers. This is the customer's primary method of remembering your address for future correspondence, so it should be directed to whoever is dealing with customer service. You can also specify the same or a different address that email notification of orders will be sent to.

Don't change any of the other settings unless you know what they do. If you have the information that is requested, it should be self-explanatory.
